This picture was taken in Philadelphia, PA.
The bride and groom, Sarah and Josh, got married at the Rittenhouse Hotel right next to Rittenhouse Square. It is a beautiful hotel and park that we certainly took a lot of pictures at. However, Sarah and Josh also wanted some portraits together down some of the alley and side streets. These often overlooked "gems" were well worth exploring and spoke more to Sarah and Josh's individual personalities. There were a lot of facades, textures, and colors to work with as a backdrop to some of their wedding photography.
In this particular image, there were two doorways that acted as framing elements. One was for Sarah and one for Josh. It was a playful kind of picture of the two of them where she was checking out the environment around her while he was checking her out.
